Diane Boyd, of Cape Fear Nutrition, posted a new “No Bake Protein Energy Bar” recipe which featured dried cranberries and pistachios – a flavor combo we shared with her for the fall recipe challenge. She highlights the bars as a great quick breakfast option.

Amanda Hernandez, MA, RD, of Nutritionist Reviews, featured Products Adalyn's Loving 2016 Part 2 – with cranberries as number three. She discusses how much her daughter loves dried cranberries, lists several of their health benefits and directs readers to her Cranberry Scones with Coconut Vanilla Drizzle recipe.

She speaks to the versatility of all forms of cranberries, and includes key DGA and health messaging, specifically stating “even though they have added sugars to balance their tartness, they can certainly fit into the Dietary Guidelines.” She shared the post on Facebook and Pinterest.
